Forefront Technologies has designed a new underpayment report comparing paid amounts to contracted rates and identifying those being paid below the contracted rate.  The initial report was designed for use by Epic Community Connect practices, but is easily adapted to other systems.  Researching an underpayment is easy because the report features hyperlinks to the associated EOBs and the actual posted transactions.
